"The transparent tube made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) is fitted with a screw cap made of polyethylene (PE) and is ideal for a wide range of laboratory applications. With a nominal volume of 12 ml, it offers sufficient space for samples and solutions of various kinds. The tube has an outer diameter of 16.00 mm (+/- 0.2 mm) and a height of 100.00 mm (+/- 0.2 mm), while the round base ensures a stable stand.

The transparent tube allows a clear view of the contents, enabling easy observation and monitoring during experiments or storage. The screw cap in natural colour seals the tube securely and prevents leakage.

Thanks to the graduation on the tube, you can easily read and dose the volume of the sample.

The tube is sterile and can be used at a maximum relative centrifugal acceleration (RCF) of 4,000g.

With an extended temperature range of -196°C to +121°C for the tube and -50°C to +80°C for the screw cap, the product offers a wide range of applications in different temperature conditions. The tube can also be autoclaved, but the screw cap should be removed beforehand to reach a temperature of 121°C. The material of the tube is biologically inert and physiologically harmless. It does not contain heavy metals according to EC/94/62 directive and complies with food contact regulations according to EC 1935/2004.

The shelf life of the product is 60 months under controlled storage conditions. 

It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
