Description
The centrifuge tube (PP) with screw cap (PE) is a high-quality laboratory product with a filling capacity of 15 ml. The tube has a size of Ø17x120 mm, a height of 120.00mm (+/- 0.2mm) and a diameter of 17.00 mm (+/-0.2mm). The tube has a conical bottom and is transparent, while the lid is a bright green. It is equipped with a graduation and a writing field. The tube is suitable for PCR applications and has a maximum RCF of 17,000g.
The tube is made of biologically inert and physiologically safe polypropylene (PP), while the screw cap is made of polyethylene (PE). The product is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase and RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins, as well as PFAS-free. It also contains no heavy metals according to EC/94/62 and no phthalates (plasticisers).
The tube is autoclavable up to 121°C (without lid) and cold-resistant up to -80°C. It is suitable for storing samples and can also be used for various laboratory techniques.
It should be stored in a dry environment at a relative humidity of 40-60% and a temperature of +10°C to +30°C.
