Description
The 15 ml centrifuge tube made of polypropylene (PP) has been designed for reliable sample processing, storage, and laboratory analysis. Its conical bottom enables efficient sample collection and recovery, making it ideal for centrifugation and routine laboratory workflows.
The transparent tube features a clearly visible graduation and an integrated writing area for easy sample identification and accurate volume monitoring. With a diameter of 17 mm and a height of 120 mm, it is compatible with a wide range of laboratory equipment and standard tube racks.
The tube is cold-resistant down to −80 °C and autoclavable up to 121 °C. Manufactured from biologically inert and physiologically safe polypropylene, it is free from phthalates and heavy metals in accordance with EC/94/62. The raw material also complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 for food contact materials.
Its high purity level—free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens, and endotoxins—makes it suitable for sensitive molecular biology, microbiology, and diagnostic applications. The product is manufactured under an EN ISO 13485 certified quality management system and is intended for single use.
For optimal storage, keep the product in its original packaging in a dry environment with 40%–60% relative humidity at a temperature between +10 °C and +30 °C.
