Description
The product described here is a tube made of polypropylene (PP) with a mounted screw cap made of polyethylene (PE) in natural. With a nominal volume of 30ml and graduation, it is easy to measure the amount of liquid in the tube. It has a conical base for efficient sedimentation of samples and a stand for extra stability when placed on a flat surface. It has a size of Ø25x107 mm and is transparent so that the contents are easily visible. It is physiologically safe and biologically inert, which means it is suitable for use in laboratories and other scientific applications. To ensure good quality, the tubes are free of pyrogens. The tube is designed for temperatures between -196°C and 121°C and has a maximum RCF of 5,000g. It can be autoclaved at temperatures up to 121°C without the cap attached. The screw cap can be used in a temperature range from -50°C to 80°C. This tube is sterile and has been cleaned by radiation sterilisation SAL 10-6.
The tube has a height of 107.00 mm (+/- 0.2 mm) and an outer diameter of 25.00 mm (+/- 0.2 mm). It does not contain any heavy metals according to the EC/94/62 directive and has a shelf life of 60 months if stored properly.
It should be stored in a dry environment at a relative humidity of 40-60% and a temperature of +10°C to +30°C.
