Description
The centrifuge tube (PP) with screw cap (PE) is a high-quality laboratory product with a filling capacity of 50 ml. The tube has a size of Ø30x115 mm, a height of 115.00mm (+/- 0.2mm) and a diameter of 30.00mm (+/-0.2mm). The tube has a conical bottom and is transparent, while the lid is a bright green. It is equipped with a graduation, a writing field and a stand. The tube is suitable for PCR applications and has a maximum RCF of 7,000g.
It is made of biologically inert and physiologically safe polypropylene (PP), while the screw cap is made of polyethylene (PE). The product is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase and RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins, as well as PFAS-free. The centrifuge tube also contains no heavy metals according to EC/94/62 and no phthalates (plasticisers). It is suitable for food contact as the raw material complies with the regulations of EC 1935/2004.
The tube is autoclavable up to 121°C (without lid) and cold-resistant up to -80°C. It is suitable for storing samples and can also be used for various laboratory techniques. In addition, the tube is characterised by easy one-handed operation.
It is sterilised according to radiation sterilisation SAL 10-6 and has a shelf life of 60 months when stored properly.
Storage should be in a dry environment at a relative humidity of 40-60% and a temperature of +10°C to +30°C.
