The PCR reaction tube made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) with a nominal volume of 0.1 ml is an excellent laboratory tool for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The vessel is characterised by its low profile and is supplied together with an enclosed strip of 8 lids, which is flat and transparent. The transparency allows a clear view of the samples during the PCR process, which facilitates control and monitoring.

The PCR reaction tube is completely transparent for easy sample identification and tracking. 

The product shows remarkable temperature resistance and can withstand temperatures from -80°C to 121°C. It is autoclavable up to a temperature of 121°C, which enables reliable sterilisation.

The polypropylene (PP) used is biologically inert and physiologically harmless, which means that it does not interact with biological samples and is safe for laboratory applications. The vessel does not contain any heavy metals according to the EC/94/62 Directive and complies with the food contact requirements of Regulation EC 1935/2004.

The exceptional purity of this product is critical for reliable PCR results. It is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins to avoid sample contamination and ensure accurate analyses. 

The shelf life of the product is 60 months under controlled storage conditions. 

It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
