The PCR reaction tube PP, with a nominal volume of 0.1 ml and a low profile, is a high-quality and reliable laboratory utensil for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The tubes are bright white, while the enclosed 8-well lid strip is flat and transparent to ensure a clear view of samples during the PCR process.

Made from polypropylene (PP), a biologically inert and physiologically safe material, the tube guarantees reliable performance in your laboratory. It meets strict safety standards and contains no heavy metals according to the EC/94/62 directive. In addition, the raw material of the PCR reaction tube is suitable for food contact in accordance with Regulation EC 1935/2004.

The product characteristics of this vessel are impressive: it is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins to avoid contamination of samples and to ensure highly pure PCR results.

The exceptional temperature resistance of the PCR reaction tube allows it to be used in a wide temperature range from -80°C to 121°C. It is also autoclavable up to a temperature of 121°C, allowing easy and reliable sterilisation.

The shelf life of the product is 60 months under controlled storage conditions.    

It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
