The highly transparent lid for PCR reaction tubes with a nominal volume of 0.1 ml and 0.2 ml made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) is an essential laboratory accessory for polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The lid has a flat design and is supplied in a practical strip of 8, which allows for efficient and secure sealing of the samples in the tubes.
With its highly transparent property, the lid offers a crystal clear view of the samples in the PCR tubes, ensuring easy observation and monitoring of the PCR process.
The lid is specially designed to be PCR-ready and meets the highest quality standards. Manufactured from biologically inert and physiologically harmless polypropylene (PP), the lid ensures that your PCR experiments can be carried out reliably without unwanted interactions with the samples.
The lid meets the requirements of the EC/94/62 directive and does not contain any heavy metals. The raw material used complies with the regulations for food contact according to regulation EC 1935/2004.
It is free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins, which ensures precise and reproducible PCR analysis and minimizes the risk of contamination.
Thanks to its impressive temperature resistance, the lid can withstand temperatures from -80°C to 121°C. It is also autoclavable up to a temperature of 121°C, which enables reliable and efficient sterilization.
