The raw materials used are certified for food contact in accordance with EC Regulation 1935/2004.
The PCR plate is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens, and endotoxins. This ensures precise and reproducible PCR analyses while minimizing the risk of contamination. It boasts exceptional temperature resistance, withstanding temperatures from -80°C to 121°C, and is autoclave-safe up to 121°C, ensuring reliable and efficient sterilization. With a maximum centrifugal force of 3,000 g, it is also suitable for demanding laboratory environments.
The plate dimensions meet ANSI/SLAS 1 & 4 standards, measuring 127.76 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) in length and 85.48 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) in width. The plate has a shelf life of 60 months under controlled storage conditions. For optimal storage, it is recommended to keep the product in its original packaging at a relative humidity of 40% to 60% and a temperature between +2°C and +30°C.
