The PCR plate np X-FRAME, 96x0.1 ml, is a high-quality and dependable laboratory accessory designed to meet the rigorous demands of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) processes. Being "PCR-ready," it minimizes unwanted interactions with samples, making it ideal for precise PCR analyses. The plate complies with EC/94/62 directives and is free from heavy metals. Furthermore, the materials used are certified for food contact in accordance with EC Regulation 1935/2004.
Free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens, and endotoxins, this PCR plate ensures reliable and reproducible PCR results. It is resistant to temperatures ranging from -80°C to 121°C and is autoclave-safe up to 121°C, providing efficient sterilization. Designed for a maximum centrifugal force of 3,000 g, it is also well-suited for demanding laboratory environments.
The plate's dimensions adhere to ANSI/SLAS 1 & 4 standards, measuring 127.76 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) in length and 85.48 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) in width. The shelf life of the plate is 60 months under controlled storage conditions. It is recommended to store the product in its original packaging in a dry environment with 40% to 60% relative humidity and a temperature between +2°C and +30°C.
