The np X-FRAME PCR plate with 96 wells (0.2 ml each) is a semi-jacketed PCR plate with a robust frame and standardised format for safe use in molecular biology applications. The green colour scheme facilitates visual identification in day-to-day laboratory work, and the semi-jacketed design ensures a balance between stability and flexibility.

The dimensions comply with the ANSI/SLAS 1 & 4 standard (127.76 mm × 85.48 mm), ensuring compatibility with standard PCR and qPCR instruments. The plate is made of polycarbonate (PC), whilst the wells are made of chemical-resistant polypropylene (PP).

Thanks to its ‘np pcr ready’ certification, it is free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, as well as DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins. The raw materials used are biologically inert, physiologically safe and comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 regarding food contact.

The plate is designed for a temperature range of –80 °C to +121 °C and can be autoclaved up to 121 °C. The maximum centrifugation speed is 3,000 g.
