Description
The PCR plate PP with 384 wells of 40µl is a high-quality laboratory device specially designed for performing polymerase chain reactions (PCR). The plate is fully coated and white.
Manufactured from biologically inert and physiologically harmless polypropylene (PP), this PCR plate ensures maximum safety when handling sensitive samples and reagents.
The PCR plate meets ANSI/SLAS standards 1 & 4, which means it is compatible with a wide range of laboratory automation systems. The dimensions of 127.76 mm in length and 85.48 mm in width (+/- 0.5 mm) ensure a precise use in most laboratory devices.
The plate is white and has a nominal volume of 384x40µl. It is therefore ideal for performing small-scale PCR reactions.
The PP PCR plate is suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -80°C to 121°C and can be autoclaved if necessary to ensure effective sterilization. It can also be used in centrifugations with a maximum relative centrifugal force (RCF) of up to 3,000g, enabling safe sample processing.
This PCR plate has been manufactured to the highest quality standards and meets all the required safety criteria. It does not contain heavy metals according to regulation EC/94/62 and the raw material used complies with regulation EC 1935/2004 for contact with food.
The plate is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins to ensure reliable and reproducible PCR analysis.
The shelf life of the goods is 60 months under controlled storage conditions.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +5°C and max. +25°C.
packaging units:
per carton 10 pieces
per carton 100 pieces
4,400 pieces per pallet (pallets cannot be stacked)
