The silicone sealing mat was specially developed for 384 deep-well plates with square and slotted cavities and is a high-quality accessory that ensures reliable sealing and secure sealing of your deep-well plates. This silicone mat is an indispensable aid for your laboratory work, especially for PCR (polymerase chain reaction) applications.
The sealing mat conforms to ANSI/SLAS 1 standards and is a perfect fit for 384 deep-well plates with square and slotted cavities. The natural-colored silicone mat consists of high-quality and biologically inert silicone (SI), which is physiologically harmless and does not interact with your samples in any way.
You can safely use the mat in a temperature range of up to 121°C and autoclave it if necessary to ensure effective sterilization.
The locking mat meets the highest quality standards and is free of heavy metals in accordance with regulation EC/94/62. The raw material used complies with the provisions of regulation EC 1935/2004 for contact with food, which ensures the safety of your samples and applications.
The silicone mat is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA, RNase, DNase and pyrogens, preserving the integrity of your PCR analysis and preventing contamination.
The shelf life of the goods is 60 months under controlled storage conditions.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
