The special silicone septa 96 mat is a high-quality accessory specially developed for 96-well deep-well plates with round and slotted wells. This black silicone mat ensures a reliable seal and secure closure of your deep-well plates and is ideal for a wide range of laboratory applications, including PCR (polymerase chain reaction).
The septa mat conforms to ANSI/SLAS 1 standards and is a perfect fit for 96-well deep-well plates with round and slotted wells. The black silicone material not only provides an excellent seal, but also protects your samples from exposure to light, which can be beneficial for light-sensitive samples.
The black silicone mat consists of high-quality and biologically inert silicone (SI), which is physiologically harmless and does not have any harmful interactions with your samples.
You can safely use the mat in the temperature range from -80°C to 121°C and autoclave it if necessary to ensure effective sterilization.
The special silicone Septa 96 mat meets the highest quality standards and is free of heavy metals in accordance with regulation EC/94/62. The raw material used complies with the provisions of regulation EC 1935/2004 for contact with food, which ensures the safety of your samples and applications.
