The adhesive sealing film has been specially developed for use in real-time PCR (qPCR) applications and offers a reliable and tight seal for strips of 8. With a material thickness of 50 µm, it ensures optimal sealing properties and is ideal for a wide range of laboratory applications.
The clear sealing film is made from high quality polyethylene (PE) and features an acrylic adhesive that allows for a strong yet flexible bond. The film is extremely temperature-resistant and can be used in a range from -40°C to +120°C.
It is biologically inert and physiologically safe, ensuring safe use in laboratory environments. The sealing film meets the requirements of regulation EC/94/62 and is free of heavy metals.
The adhesive sealing film is of the highest purity and free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA, RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins. This avoids sample contamination and ensures reliable PCR results.
The film is not intended for sterilization processes and should therefore not be sterilized.
The shelf life of the goods is 36 months under controlled storage conditions.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
