The adhesive sealing film for plates with raised edges has been specially developed for use in qPCR (Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) applications. With a material thickness of 50 µm, it offers a reliable seal and ensures precise results in your qPCR analyses. The transparent sealing film is particularly suitable for plates with raised edges and ensures a secure seal for your qPCR plates.
The sealing film has the dimensions:
• Length: 118.10mm (+/- 0.2mm)
• Width: 77.80mm (+/- 0.2mm)
It is made from high quality polyethylene (PE) and is coated with an acrylic adhesive that provides a strong yet flexible bond. The film is extremely temperature resistant and can be used in the range from -40°C to +120°C, which covers a wide range of applications.
The adhesive sealing film is biologically inert and physiologically safe, making it safe to use in laboratory environments. It is compliant with regulation EC/94/62 and free from heavy metals, ensuring the safety of your samples and applications.
The film is of the highest purity and free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA, RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins. This avoids contamination of the samples and achieves reliable results in your qPCR analyses.
The shelf life of the goods is 36 months under controlled storage conditions.
