Description
The cold storage adhesive sealing film is a high quality accessory for your sample storage and PCR analyses. This special sealing film is designed to withstand extreme temperatures and is ideal for use in freezers, cold boxes or in demanding thermal conditions.
The sealing film is made of aluminum (AL) and has a material thickness of 60 µm. It is pierceable, allowing for easy sampling, and provides an excellent seal to preserve the integrity of your samples.
The dimensions of the foil are:
• Length between perforations: 125.40 mm (+/- 0.2 mm)
• Width: 82.60mm (+/- 0.2mm)
The adhesive sealing film is suitable for the temperature range from -80°C to +120°C while still showing excellent performance and reliability. It is biologically inert and physiologically safe, meaning it has no harmful effects on your samples and is suitable for use in molecular diagnostics and research.
The sealing film meets the requirements of regulation EC/94/62 and is free of heavy metals. It has been carefully tested for purity and is free from PCR inhibitors, human DNA and RNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and endotoxins
The shelf life of the goods is 36 months under controlled storage conditions.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
