Description
The adhesive sealing film for PCR, ELISA and EIA is a reliable and versatile solution for your laboratory applications. With its excellent temperature resistance and chemical insensitivity, it is suitable for a wide range of experiments and analyses.
The sealing foil consists of high-quality polyethylene (PE) and has a material thickness of 60 µm. Measuring 140.00mm (+/- 0.2mm) in length and 78.30mm (+/- 0.2mm) in width, it offers optimal coverage and sealing for your PCR plates, ELISA and EIA assays.
Their clear color allows for easy observation of your samples during analysis, helping to minimize potential errors. The adhesive coating on the underside is made of acrylic, which ensures secure adhesion to the panels.
The adhesive sealing film is developed for the temperature range from -40°C to +120°C and thus ensures reliable performance both at room temperature and in thermal applications.
It meets the highest quality standards and is biologically inert and physiologically harmless. The film is free of heavy metals in accordance with regulation EC/94/62 and meets the highest levels of purity:
• Free from PCR inhibitors to ensure accurate and reliable PCR results.
• Free of human DNA and RNA, DNase and RNase to avoid cross-contamination.
• Free from pyrogens and endotoxins to protect the integrity of your samples.
The shelf life of the goods is 36 months under controlled storage conditions.
