The air-permeable adhesive sealing film is ideal for cell culture applications and offers reliable coverage and protection for your cell culture plates. With its high-quality viscose (VI) construction and a material thickness of 140 µm, it ensures optimal sealing and protects your cells during the cultivation process.
The dimensions of the sheet are 143.00mm (+/- 0.2mm) in length and 82.70mm (+/- 0.2mm) in width, allowing for a custom-fit covering of your cell culture plates. The natural colored foil is biologically inert and physiologically harmless, making it safe for direct contact with cells.
With a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, the sealing film can easily be used in a wide range of temperatures, from cold storage to warmer culture conditions.
The adhesive sealing film meets the highest quality standards and is free of heavy metals in accordance with regulation EC/94/62. It has been carefully designed to ensure the purity of your samples:
• Free of PCR inhibitors for accurate and reproducible results.
• Free of human DNA and RNA, DNase and RNase to prevent cross-contamination and preserve cell integrity.
• Free from pyrogens and endotoxins to avoid unwanted cell reactions.
