Our np Safelock-Cap reaction tube made of polypropylene (PP) with a nominal volume of 1.5 ml and an attached lid offers you a reliable solution for your demanding laboratory needs. This high-quality tube is ideal for a wide range of applications such as PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and other molecular biology techniques.
The reaction vessel is transparent and has graduations and a writing field, which enables precise volume measurement and labelling. The outer diameter of the jar is 10.80mm (+/- 0.2mm), and the height without the lid is 38.90mm (+/- 0.2mm).
Our np Safelock-Cap reaction tube is extremely robust and can withstand a maximum centrifugal force (RCF) of up to 30,000g, enabling efficient sample preparation and separation. It is both autoclavable up to 121°C and boil-proof and can be used in a water bath up to 120°C, allowing for easy and reliable sample processing.
The reaction vessel can be used continuously at temperatures from 80°C to 100°C and is therefore perfect for experiments that require high temperature resistance.
The shelf life of the goods is 60 months under controlled storage conditions.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +2°C and max. +30°C.
