It all began with the company's own injection molding machinery, geared towards the production of disposable plastic articles specifically for microbiology and the clinical laboratory market. In the course of the company's constant expansion, the headquarters were relocated to Winsen (Luhe) in 1992. Since then, the company and its products have been increasingly dedicated to the life sciences sector.
The second generation of the Nerbe family is also driving forward the development, manufacture and worldwide distribution of high-quality laboratory disposables.
Dr. Fritz Nerbe Entwicklungsgesellschaft, which is affiliated with nerbe plus GmbH, is responsible for the development and manufacture of innovative products: ideas from everyday practice are turned into market-ready products here. The company takes over the project management for the development of nerbe plus products.
Development:
Even today, one focus is on the injection molds and tools for nerbe plus products - the same applies to the carefully selected raw materials and special granulates.Tool and mold construction takes place in Germany and Switzerland, among other places.
Production:
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly production processes can only be realized cost-efficiently with the latest technologies and machines. 90 percent of all injection molding machines come from Germany and produce in special clean rooms (clean room classes according to ISO 14644-1).The entire nerbe-plus team is convinced that this is the only way to guarantee the precision and purity of products for the highly specific laboratory world in the future. Our quality management in accordance with EN ISO 13485 guarantees the corresponding safety and also contributes to the reproducibility of all laboratory work.
At the same time, nerbe plus has the leanest, most efficient and most flexible company structures as a manufacturer in the life sciences sector. Efficient series production enables pricing that has contributed significantly to cost containment for years, while also protecting the environment. We consistently pass these advantages on to our customers. This secures the jobs of our employees in Germany and continuously creates attractive new jobs.
